Greetings, everyone. I hope you're having a better week then I am.
The past week for me has been mainly mind-numbing thoughts and experiences. I'm trying to work a few things out and lesses the stress before it kills me and tightens the knot in my stomach even more than it has already done so. I've been losing my appetite as soon as I start eating something even when I feel very hungry and haven't eaten in a while, my stomach has twisted around, and I get bad thoughts in my head that weigh me down.
Anyone ever feel like this? I'm sure you have some point in your life. One moment you're happy or at least feeling decent then the next your head falls in the pits and you feel like crap. Any suggestiong on how to deal with stress or any exercises would be nice.

The best thing I find that helps is laughing. Find something that makes you laugh real hard and do it. I usually find something on TV like tellie tubbies or power rangers (...*shrug* I find them particularly funny)... simple, good, laughing.
Also, exercise, relaxing, sunlight, and sleep can help.
If there are problems that are causing stress, a good way to get over them is to play a game a little game of b-ball with them. Write the troubles on a piece of paper. Then ball them up and throw them in the trash (to have fun, just try to throw them from different distances).
hope that helps

I've had this same problem often.
The best thing I've ever been able to do to try and feel better was to listen to some music and just try to relax by doing something I enjoy or something different that I don't do often.
Sometimes it helps me to just take a nice hot bath.
